Labyrinth Goblin King Throne

This replica throne was designed as a portable piece for Awkward Nerd Events in Milwaukee. The brief was primarily that it needed to be durable for excited crowds, fit through standard doors for storage, and be transported by one person. The primary challenge was choosing techniques and materials to match the original prop reference throne - which was sculpted in one mass of foam and fiberglass, and therefore not constrained by the realities of actual draped fabric. A fun bit of fabrication that has sparked a lot of joy and served for many years in the Events industry.
